GENERAL WORKING GROUP / Geoff Kaplan is a graphic designer and author. He has exhibited internationally. His work is in the permanent collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Museum of Modern Art. He edited, co-authored and designed the book, Power to the People: The Graphic Design of the Radical Press and the Rise of the Counter-Culture, 1964–1974 (University of Chicago), and collaborated on books with, among others; MOCA, Independent Curators International, Asian Civilisations Museum in Singapore, SFMOMA, R H Quaytman, Allen Ruppersberg, Paul Seitsema, FutureFarmers, and David Humphrey. He holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and a MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Geoff is a senior adjunct professor at the California College of Art and lives in San Francisco.
